Thanks for stopping by my Blog.
I’ve created it as a place to chronicle my journey, and share my lessons, as I embark on a great adventure from a life filled with debilitating Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Fatigue to an active lifestyle, ripe with triathlons, yoga and healthy eating habits.
I’m really excited about gaining back the energy that was sapped from me prematurely as a result of MS. It’s personal now and I’m going to put in the work and establish habits that will maximise my ability to leave an active lifestyle once again.
There may be challenges, starting from a position of a beginner swimmer, and having undergone a rough year which left my cardiovascular endurance to sink so low as to barely be able to fast walk 800m.
Hopefully, my experiences and successes will be an inspiration to others, to help them get over their fears and take the plunge to undergo the lifestyle changes that they’ve always desired to do, but which always have seemed to elude them, as they’ve gone about their daily lives.
Best of luck with your own journey.
"Your circumstances may be uncongenial, but they shall not remain so if you only perceive an ideal and strive to reach it. You cannot travel within and stand still without. - James Allen
